Manager, EH&S ChemLab Operations

The manager will provide oversight and leadership of the ChemLab Operations team. The manager will lead ChemLab Specialist(s) and technicians in Special Analysis (SA) and the Field Group (FG) in providing analytical and field sampling services in support of ChemLab and Company Operations. This role will provide oversight of laboratory operations and work closely with customers to anticipate, plan and execute requested services. The manager will ensure activities are performed in accordance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), monitor and maintain the ChemLabs budget, establish and enforce department goals and performance standards, and identify trends and improvement opportunities. This position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan.
