The open position is for a candidate who   desires   to work with government clients and bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work   pro-actively   and effectively on multiple client engagements over the   period   and take ownership of the entire project delivery he/she entrusted with.   More specifically,   these   position s   aims   at helping the Maritime Sector clients intersecting the domains of Information Technology and national level Maritime related initiatives   focusing on Program Management, Implementation Monitoring and Benefits Realization of IT projects, Digital Strategy, and IT   modernization .   responsibilities    Provide strategic IT consultancy to maritime clients and agencies.   Lead digital transformation roadmaps aligned to maritime business challenges and regulatory frameworks.   Advise   on   integration of emerging technologies — IoT, AI/ML, predictive analytics, cybersecurity, blockchain, and digital twins, etc.   Lead PMO functions for maritime IT transformation programs — defining governance models, frameworks, methodologies, and delivery standards.   Define and track KPIs, milestones, and   benefits   realization across the program portfolio.   Drive risk, issue, dependency, and change management processes across multi-vendor, multi-geography programs.   Produce executive-level dashboards and steering committee   presentations and   report s   on program   health, risks, and outcomes.   Liaise with senior stakeholders   to align IT initiatives with business goals.   Mandatory skill sets:     Strong   expertise   in Maritime IT Consulting / Technology Consulting / Implementation.   Hands-on
