Our Core Optional Module Install team is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional who is excited to learn, grow, and make an impact. This team serves as a vital link between our ancillary products and core banking systems, ensuring successful implementations for our clients. In this Analyst role, you'll gain hands-on experience managing multiple projects, updating core system configurations, and supporting live client implementations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a remote position, and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO. The salary range for this position is $48,350- $60,400 and will be determined based on location and experience level. All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity. What you’ll be responsible for: Analyze the customers’ existing products and processes and consult with the customer to map existing systems to the Jack Henry product. Prepares the customer for the installation, takes the customer through the installation process, and provides training and support to the customer poste installation. Oversees and performs the system set-up for the customer (parameters settings, job file processing, etc.) Ensures the process will run on software. Provides support and guidance on the software assisting with functional and technical questions. Answer questions on features and usage of the software. Support could be remote or on customer site. Communicate with other stakeholders that include programmers, team members, and team leader. Maintaining communication with the customer during the entire project. Prepares training materials and documentation for customer use. May perform other job duties as assigned. What you’ll need to have: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an office, operations, customer support, banking, financial services, technology, or project-based environment. Experience following documented procedures, workflows, or standard operating processes while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects simultaneously
