When we come together – where every voice is heard and everyone knows they belong and matter – we create solutions that launch people into space, support lifesaving care in hospitals, and enable the construction of groundbreaking, world scale production facilities. Reimagine What’s Possible  Air Products is seeking a Senior Turbomachinery Aerodynamic Engineer to join our Rotoflow® business in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. In this hands-on engineering design role, you will deliver advanced aerodynamic designs, performance predictions, and engineering tool improvements for turboexpanders, centrifugal compressors, and related turbomachinery systems. This position follows a hybrid work arrangement with four days per week in the office and requires minimal travel, typically less than 10%. Rotoflow®, an Air Products business, combines deep turbomachinery expertise with Air Products’ industrial gas capabilities. We develop new equipment, aftermarket services, and engineered solutions for cryogenic and warm gas centrifugal turbomachinery used in industrial gas, hydrocarbon, LNG, and petrochemical applications. Our portfolio includes compressor-loaded turboexpanders, generator-loaded power recovery expanders, and custom-engineered rotating equipment designed for performance, efficiency, reliability, safety, and value. You will work across the equipment lifecycle, from proposal development and aerodynamic sizing through detailed design, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of aerodynamic analysis tools, collaborate with experienced turbomachinery engineers, and apply advanced aerodynamic design methods to challenging customer applications.
