Minimum 5 years of professional experience in implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics AX 2012 R3, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions that align with business needs. At least 3 full end-to-end implementations , demonstrating comprehensive expertise in all stages of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and analysis through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations product architecture and functional capabilities, as well as prior experience with Dynamics AX 2012 R3. Strong finance domain knowledge , with proven expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash and Bank Management, Project Accounting, and Chart of Accounts (COA). Expertise in functional documentation including creating and reviewing Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Functional Design Documents (FDD), user guides, and conducting fit-gap analyses to support solution design and client communication.
