HOTEL DESCRIPTION Fairfield by Marriott Dak Mil is a 96‑key hotel located in Dak Mil, a highland town in Vietnam’s Central Highlands region within Dak Nong Province. The hotel is part of a mixed‑use development situated along Tran Hung Dao, the town’s main road, and integrated atop a planned retail mall that will include commercial establishments and restaurants. The hotel is scheduled to open in Q1 2027. Facilities include a restaurant with lounge and bar, a spa offering Vietnamese‑inspired treatments, an exercise room, kids club, and meeting facilities comprising one main ballroom and three meeting rooms, with a total event space of 768 sqm. Dak Mil is accessible via a 1.5‑hour drive from Buon Ma Thuot Airport or approximately a 6‑hour drive from Ho Chi Minh City, and is known for its natural landscapes, including forests, waterfalls, mountains, and rich ethnic cultural heritage.
JOB SUMMARY Functions as the property’s strategic financial business leader. The position champions, develops and implements property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer and property employees. The position provides the financial expertise to enable the successful implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives while maximizing the return on investment. In addition, creates and executes a business plan that is aligned with the property and brand’s business strategy and focuses on the execution of financial and accounting activities and the delivery of desirable financial results.
CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience • 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; 2 years experience in the finance and accounting or related professional area. OR • Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major; no work experience required.
