Position
Summary Support the management of Arch's global corporate insurance program, including the placement, administration, governance, renewal, and documentation of insurance coverages worldwide to ensure insurance programs remain aligned with Arch's evolving operations, legal entity structure, acquisitions, and international activities. Responsibilities and Accountabilities Corporate Insurance Program Management Coordinate annual insurance renewals, underwriting submissions, exposure data collection, broker deliverables, and policy maintenance. Support the administration of Arch's corporate insurance programs, including management liability, cyber, fiduciary, financial intuitions bond, property, casualty, and other coverages. Assist in the management of multinational insurance programs, including local admitted policies and standalone subsidiary placements. Stakeholder and Broker Management Partner with Risk Management, Legal, Finance, business units, subsidiaries, brokers, and insurers. Evaluate the insurance implications of corporate changes, mergers and acquisitions, transactions, new entities, branches, and other developments, and implement necessary changes to insurance structures or coverage. Coordinate with brokers and subject matter experts on coverage, placement, and insurance-related inquiries. Insurance Operations Maintain policy repositories, renewal calendars, broker contacts, and insurance records. Coordinate the submission of claims to brokers, manage related communications with internal stakeholders, brokers, and insurers, and monitor claim status through resolution. Own the Certificates of Insurance (COI) process. Manage insurance invoicing and payment coordination. Governance Maintain the Global Insurance Manual and insurance process documentation. Develop and enhance controls supporting policy administration, claims tracking, renewals, local insurance purchases, invoicing, and document management. Maintain the Global entity management system with support of Legal team; work closely with Legal and other functions as needed for the role. Required Skills and Abilities: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in an insurance brokerage, corporate risk management department, or similar insurance-related environment. Working knowledge of commercial insurance coverages, including management liability, cyber, professional liability, property, and casualty insurance. Strong organizational, analytical, project management, written, and verbal communication skills. Desired Skills and Abilities: Experience supporting insurance programs within a multinational organization. Experience with public companies. ARM, CPCU, CRM, or similar professional designation, or progress toward obtaining one. Other Information Remote work arrangement may be considered. Occasional travel may be required for broker meetings, training, and renewal planning activities. For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible. For Greater NYC area: $110,058 - $148,902/year Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
