Location : Warsaw (our office is in the Warsaw Spire building) Operating model : Hybrid work (3 days a week in Warsaw office) Type of contract : full-time contract of employment Warsaw, Poland Job Description Summary Join our dynamic data intelligence team as a Junior Documentalist / Reporting Analyst, where you'll play a vital role in capturing and enriching commercial real estate transaction data for the French market. Based in our modern Warsaw Spire office, you'll collaborate with international teams across Poland and France to maintain high-quality property databases. This role offers an excellent entry point into the commercial real estate sector, combining analytical work with cross-border collaboration. You'll develop expertise in market research, data management, and real estate information systems while working in a supportive, multicultural environment. What You'll Do
Research and document commercial real estate transactions (rentals and sales) across office, retail, logistics, and industrial property sectors in France Extract and verify property information from French land registry records to enrich our comprehensive building database Conduct systematic press research to identify and capture market-moving transactions and property developments Input and validate transaction data using specialized commercial real estate information management software Collaborate daily with Data-stewards and Research teams based in France to ensure data accuracy and completeness Participate in department meetings, project working groups, and data quality initiatives with cross-functional teams Verify and transcribe complex property information with precision, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity Support ongoing database enhancement projects by identifying opportunities to improve data quality and coverage What We're Looking For Fluency in French at C1 level or native proficiency – this is essential for conducting press research, interpreting land registry documents, and liaising with French-based teams Professional working knowledge of English (B2 level minimum) to collaborate effectively with international colleagues and participate in team meetings Strong aptitude for information research, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data verification Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfort learning specialized database management tools Genuine curiosity about commercial real estate markets and eagerness to develop sector expertise Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple data sources and prioritize tasks independently Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities to facilitate seamless information exchange across geographies Dynamic, proactive mindset with a quick learning capacity and ability to work autonomously once trained What You Can Expect From Us Competitive Rewards & Benefits Permanent contract, private healthcare, cafeteria system, life insurance, and employee assistance program.
