Job Description
1.Project Execution Take over project requirements handed over by the sales team (including standalone packaging equipment, complete line integration, etc.). Organize project kick-off meetings, establish project teams, and clarify project scope, timeline, execution costs and delivery quality standards. Develop project delivery schedules covering key milestones such as third-party equipment procurement, equipment manufacturing, logistics and delivery, installation and commissioning, equipment/line acceptance and payment collection. Monitor and control project progress, conduct timely communication and adjustments based on customer requirements. Be responsible for on-site installation, commissioning, trial operation and final acceptance of packaging equipment and integrated production lines. Coordinate and resolve on-site technical issues and cross-departmental collaboration challenges to ensure project outcomes meet customer requirements. 2.Cross-coordination Internal Coordination: Liaise with the pre-sales technical team (to clarify project requirements and calculate execution costs), after-sales service team (for installation and post-delivery support), procurement department (to facilitate procurement processes and supplier delivery) and supply chain team. External Coordination: Act as the primary project contact to regularly update and monitor project progress, respond to customer needs and address feedback. Coordinate with outsourced installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. 3.Safety, Cost & Quality Control Identify potential risks during project execution, including safety hazards, delivery risks and technical solution changes. Address emergencies promptly minimize risks of project delays and budget overruns. Control project costs (including on-site installation man-hours, travel expenses, etc.) to ensure project profit targets are met. Exercise strict management overall project-related expenditures. Monitor and control project quality by supervising quality inspections throughout equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning phases. Ensure
