 OVERVIEW As a Business Activator, you join established teams focused on supporting capabilities that enable our supply chain teams to make faster and more connected end-to-end decisions. These capabilities are designed to support performance management processes, improve process efficiency, and enable more proactive conversations that deliver value. A key focus of this role will be facilitating end-user feedback and helping to continually evolve these capabilities to drive stronger adoption and deeper integration into day-to-day business processes. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Drive end-user engagement on MillsWorks products to accelerate adoption of capabilities developed and prioritized by the central team. Lead end-user education and training efforts on MillsWorks products to support consistent local adoption. Support the Product Owner in connecting with business teams to identify and gain access to key end users for testing, feedback, and support. Provide prioritization guidance to Product Owner on most impactful backlog requests and drive any process change to incorporate updates. Support the pod with coordination and facilitation of sprint Sponsor Demos and end-user feedback sessions MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Supply Chain Expertise Demonstrated strong expertise in core functional Supply Chain capabilities. Engage with Purpose Strong active listening skills and ability to build trust quickly in a global, virtual environment. Ability to set direction and effectively influence others to drive results without direct reporting relationships. Proven track record of strong collaboration skills across distance and time differences. Demonstrate Agility Demonstrated high learning agility and cultural agility in a fast-paced environment. Strong skills in analysis and creative problem solving. Experience and success in managing change. Seize Opportunities Thrives in ambiguity and times of significant change. Ability to take a broad perspective and be mindful of enterprise implications.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Gather and translate business requirements into clear, actionable product requirements using end-user feedbacks. Track and communicate value realization through adoption, engagement, product performance, and business impact measures. Strong communication and facilitation, including training, workshops, demonstrations, and executive updates. Change management and user adoption by influencing behaviour and embedding new processes and ways of working. Demonstrate experience working in or supporting multiple Supply Chain functional areas. Experience working in agile development framework. Influence and collaborate effectively with business and technology stakeholders to implement process and technology changes. Project management experience. Experience working directly with business stakeholders and end users. Demonstrate learning agility, curiosity, and a bias for action when working in evolving digital environments.
