Your primary mission is to help our Tech-CE commercial teams drive share shift from traditional broadcast and rival networks. You will work closely with leadership to empower peers in understanding, crafting, and activating impactful Demand Gen, Creator, and integrated campaigns. You are passionate about both brand awareness and direct-response performance, seamlessly merging commercial execution with technical expertise. You have a deep grasp of streaming dynamics, competitive benchmarks, attribution metrics, and the broader advertiser landscape. You will simplify complex concepts for internal audiences and motivate others to pitch confidently and effectively. Contribute to the activation and execution of Consumer Goods and Entertainment (CG&E) video strategies in Technology and Consumer Electronics (Tech-CE), focused on driving customer outcomes and business, identifying key opportunities, and accelerating growth areas. Work in close collaboration with Product Leads and Video Associates to drive effective implementation of best practices and proven strategies. Inspire and motivate Technology and Consumer Devices (Tech-CD) sellers and customers by advocating the engaged value of the YouTube platform and its impact on full-funnel business results. Drive cross-functional collaboration with Agency and Partner Client Solutions (APCS), Product, Go-To-Market, Measurement, and Technical Services to bring forward compelling proof points, category-specific positioning, and competitive strategies.
