Line of Service Advisory Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Product Innovation Management Level Manager Job Description & Summary We’re growing our Advisory practice within Digital Consulting and are looking for an experienced D365 Business Central Functional Lead to join our collaborative D365 consultancy team. In this role, you’ll lead complex client engagements, shape functional solutions and guide multidisciplinary teams through successful end-to-end delivery. You’ll combine strong Business Central expertise with commercial awareness, trusted client relationships and a commitment to developing others, helping clients address important challenges and achieve lasting outcomes.

As a Functional Lead,   you’ll   take ownership of solution quality and project outcomes while helping to grow our D365 Business Central capability. Your responsibilities will include :   Act as the functional lead across one or more D365 Business Central areas, such as Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory or HR, translating business priorities into practical and scalable solutions.   Lead end-to-end D365 Business Central implementation projects, setting the functional direction and overseeing discovery, design, configuration, testing, training, cutover,   reporting   and post-implementation support .   Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, challenge requirements constructively, manage expectations and secure alignment on scope, priorities,   risks   and deliverables .   Own the quality of functional deliverables, proactively managing dependencies, risks and issues and ensuring that solutions meet agreed business outcomes and governance standards .   Lead,   coach   and review the work of functional consultants, fostering collaboration, knowledge   sharing   and continuous improvement across the team .   Contribute to the growth of the D365 Business Central offering by supporting proposals, estimates, solution demonstrations,   methodology   development   and other business-development activities.

You may be a good fit if you bring:   A degree, equivalent   qualification   or substantial relevant practical experience.   Advanced hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central; relevant Microsoft certification would be an advantage.   At least 5 years of relevant experience, including demonstrable responsibility for leading Business Central or comparable ERP workstreams or implementations; professional-services or consulting experience would be beneficial.   Strong knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies, with the ability to plan functional workstreams, estimate effort,   allocate   resources   and manage delivery risks.   The confidence to make informed decisions independently, provide clear direction and collaborate effectively across changing and complex environments.   Excellent presentation,   facilitation   and communication skills, with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders and adapt your approach to different audiences.   The ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.   Additional   language skills, particularly Spanish, German or Italian, would be an advantage.   Experience supporting and developing colleagues through coaching,   feedback   and people-management responsibilities.   Strong project leadership and commercial awareness, including experience managing scope, budgets, timelines,   resourcing   and client expectations.   Why PwC?
