Risk and Safety Manager (Paris)

The Risk Manager will maintain the company’s Risk Management Program by working directly with the Regional Director, Risk and Safety Specialists and Coordinator to ensure guests who have submitted complaints, and/or were involved in accidents are addressed accordingly. He/she ensures proactive engagement on the part of Risk Management staff to minimize guest and team member accidents. The Risk Manager will implement all written and verbal directives of the Director to achieve compliance with the property and will be responsible for the department’s function and personnel, identifying and developing solutions for safety-related concerns and proactively seeking and engaging stakeholders to mitigate loss.
