Role
Responsibilities: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated intern to join our Supply Chain Excellence, Compliance and Project team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations, work with SAP and business stakeholders, and develop an understanding of how supply chain processes operate in a global organization.
Key Responsibilities
Back Office Operational Support – Support day-to-day back-office activities, including maintaining data in SAP, updating pricing information, processing operational requests, and following established processes and procedures. Freight Cost Management Support – Assist with freight cost activities, including processing and validating freight invoices, following up on discrepancies, and maintaining documentation. Stakeholder Collaboration – Communicate and cooperate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, Supply Chain teams and hauliers, to support daily operational activities. Systems and Process Support – Use SAP and other business tools to support operational processes and maintain accurate data. Continuous Improvement – Support process documentation, standardization activities and ongoing improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain Excellence team.
About You
You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a University Degree. You are eager to learn, proactive and motivated to gain experience in a corporate environment. You have a positive can-do attitude and an interest in developing your knowledge of Supply Chain. You are organized, detail-oriented and able to complete routine administrative tasks accurately. You have good communication and collaboration skills. You can communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken. You have basic familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Outlook; familiarity with SharePoint is an advantage. Previous work experience, internship experience and SAP knowledge are not required. Training will be provided. You are available for at least 25 hours per week. You are comfortable working in a hybrid model and attending the office when required.
What We Offer
Paid internship with a Civil Contract ( Umowa zlecenie ) for 6 months (maximum 18 months). Initial training and continuous support working with experienced mentors and colleagues who will guide you throughout the Internship Program. Flexibility related to working hours (with a minimum of 25 hours/week and a maximum of 40 hours/week). Hybrid work policy allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.
