Land and Air Defense Systems (LADS) is seeking a Control Account Manager (CAM) to support the Product Support team and provide daily Control Account Management for the C3S CLS Sustainment organization. As a Control Account Manager you will be responsible for managing cost, schedule, and technical performance for assigned control accounts. Key duties include developing and maintaining budgets and schedules, monitoring performance, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions. The role requires coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, risk management, and compliance with Earned Value Management (EVM) standards. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are required. This position will be ONSITE, and the locations include A n dover, MA (preferred), McKinney, TX, El Paso, TX, Huntsville, AL What You Will Do : Establish and perform meaningful control measures for all aspects of program cost, schedule, and technical execution to drive predictable results Perform meaningful analysis and effective communication to drive predictable results Operate computer-based programs, tools, and applications, to include Microsoft Excel and Achieving Process Excellence (APEX), to perform detailed analysis, develop and utilize advanced formulas, pivot tables, reports, charts, schedules, and databases Complete monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) inputs Provide EVM reporting and analysis, execute resource planning, facilitate Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) and Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) inputs What You Will Learn: Raytheon and RTX Business Acumen SBU & SSBU organizational structure, responsibilities amongst the programs and the functional areas, and deliverables Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field. Raytheon EVMS Certification or ability to obtain certification within 3 months Ability to obtain and maintain an active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Experience with program management tools such as Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), Estimate at Completes (EACs), and/or Integrated Master Plan or Schedule (IMP/IMS) Proven experience with geographically and multidisciplined teams Experience developing and reviewing basis of estimates Experience with program risk and opportunity (R&O) process Demonstrated
