This job is focused on promoting business products to SMB clients through in-store and on-site engagements. It achieves sales targets by selling business products in retail stores, coaching retail employees to do the same, and prospecting new leads in the field. The role involves managing territory activities, conducting field prospecting primarily for business mobile sales near retail stores, training retail staff to drive SMB sales and awareness, and handling administrative tasks such as sales reporting and Salesforce follow-up.

Responsibilities: Achieve shared goals with the retail store team related to Comcast Business Mobile sales and small business service referrals. Manage a designated territory through strategic planning, relationship building, and consistent sales activity. Serve as the Comcast Business subject matter expert within the retail store by influencing, coaching, and training retail employees on business products and referral opportunities. Generate new business opportunities through prospecting activities including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships. Visit local businesses within the assigned territory to identify opportunities to expand Comcast Business services, with a focus on Business Mobile solutions. Customarily and regularly engaged away from Comcast's place of business. Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Primarily Monday-Friday business hours, with occasional evenings or weekends as business needs require. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
