As an S/4HANA (Senior) Manager, your primary focus is on driving technology-based business transformations. This includes understanding the requirements and objectives of our clients, ensuring clarity and transparency in communication, hands-on configuration of the S/4/HANA system, and guiding the IT transformation process. You will have extensive contact with clients and, in some situations, also be their point of contact. You are the SAP expert for the client! Finally, there is also the challenge of further developing yourself within the extensive SAP portfolio, closely monitoring developments, and acting on them.   Responsibilities

Lead the design of end-to-end manufacturing solutions that use SAP S/4HANA capabilities across Production Planning and Execution, and Quality Management. Shape the manufacturing workstream, define the solution approach and maintain alignment between business requirements, process design, data, integration and technology decisions. Lead sales and delivery activities for complex SAP-enabled transformation programs, including estimates, proposals, planning, governance and quality assurance. Act as a trusted advisor to manufacturing stakeholders and build strong, long-term client relationships. Guide the integration of SAP manufacturing processes with Manufacturing Execution Systems and related shop-floor technologies. Support solution design for discrete manufacturing environments and advise clients on practical adoption of standard SAP capabilities. Coordinate closely with adjacent workstreams such as procurement, warehousing, maintenance, finance, enterprise architecture and data migration. Identify delivery risks, dependencies and decisions and drive timely resolution with client and project leadership. Lead, coach and develop consultants, review deliverables and promote consistent delivery standards.

Completed Bachelor or Masters education, e.g. Business Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Business Administration; 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry or consultancy; Experience in at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP implementation programs, including leadership as a manufacturing stream lead, solution architect, project manager or comparable role; Experience facilitating fit-to-standard workshops, process walkthroughs, and solution validation sessions; Strong business process knowledge of production planning, production execution and quality management in discrete manufacturing industries; Proven functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Quality Management, with awareness of SAP Digital Manufacturing or comparable MES solutions; Deep
