The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Brand & Ad Operations Specialist with experience in digital advertising to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end execution of campaigns from media plan development to trafficking, tracking, reporting, and optimization. You'll play a vital role in ensuring campaigns are launched accurately, perform efficiently, and deliver against client goals.
You Will
Campaign Setup & Execution
• Build media plans in response to RFPs, incorporating platform capabilities, targeting strategies, and inventory availability.
• Work closely with internal teams to traffic and launch campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads & Roblox Ads).
• Ensure accurate campaign setup and tracking, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
Campaign Management & Optimization
• Monitor pacing, performance, and delivery across live campaigns, proactively flagging and resolving issues.
• Analyze campaign data to recommend optimizations that drive improved performance (e.g., CTR, ROAS, CPM).
Reporting & Insights
• Develop and maintain standardized and custom performance reports using internal dashboards and data tools.
• Translate performance data into actionable insights for client-facing recaps and optimization recommendations.
Cross-Functional & Process Support
• Partner with Product, and Engineering teams to enhance campaign setup processes and troubleshoot issues.
• Contribute to building scalable workflows and documentation that support repeatable campaign operations.
You Have
• 6-8 years of experience in ad operations, programmatic, campaign management, or digital media planning.
• Familiarity with digital ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, The Trade Desk, DV360) and tracking/tagging tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics).
• Strong understanding of digital advertising KPIs, attribution models, and media math.
• Experience building or managing media plans and flighting schedules.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
• Basic understanding of SQL and/or experience working with data platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication skills; able to clearly explain campaign performance and strategy to cross-functional stakeholders.
