The IAM L3 Senior Associate is a senior technical role within Cyber Data & Technology Risk Managed Services, responsible for supporting and operating enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms across complex client environments. The role acts as a technical escalation point, ensuring stable IAM operations, compliance with security standards, and effective access governance across Identity Governance, Access Management, and Privileged Access Management solutions.

Provide advanced operational support for IAM platforms across IGA, Access Management, and PAM technologies Configure, manage, and maintain IAM systems including user provisioning, access controls, and identity lifecycle processes Perform access reviews, audits, and compliance activities aligned with internal and regulatory requirements Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM incidents, including root cause analysis and vendor coordination Support IAM automation and customization using rules, roles, transforms, APIs, and scripting Ensure SLA compliance, ticket management, and adherence to ITIL-based support processes Escalate complex issues and provide technical guidance to junior team members Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver IAM solutions in a timely manner Required Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree +5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management operations and support Hands-on experience supporting enterprise IAM tools across IGA, Access Management, and PAM Strong understanding of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, provisioning, and access certifications Experience working with ticketing systems and IT service management processes (e.g., ServiceNow) Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Technical Skills & Tools IGA: SailPoint IdentityNow / SailPoint IIQ, Saviynt Access Management: Okta, Auth0, Ping,
