Program Manager – Digitalization Programs, Middle East Region

The Program Manager will lead the successful delivery of digitalization programs across the Middle East region, ensuring that complex, multi-country programs achieve customer outcomes, commercial targets, operational excellence, and strategic growth objectives. The role will provide program leadership across digital transformation, connected operations, industrial software, data analytics, cloud-enabled solutions, cybersecurity-enabled delivery, and integration programs for customers in process industries, energy, utilities, infrastructure, and other strategic sectors. The incumbent will act as the regional focal point for program governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, financial performance, customer escalation, and adoption of digital delivery best practices. The role requires strong leadership in a matrix environment, the ability to influence senior internal and customer stakeholders, and a proven track record of delivering measurable business value through digital programs.
