About the Team
The Risk Management Product team is seeking an experienced Product leader to lead the strategic transformation of our Credit and Financial Risk Management technology platforms. You will be part of a dynamic team that is on a mission to redesign how we manage risk. We will leverage technology and AI to make our risk management more nimble and lower risk at the time. You will be a key member of the Credit and Financial Risk Management leadership team. You will lead a team of Product Managers, partnering closely with Engineering and Design to drive results. In this role, you will gain exposure to some of the key risk management processes and decision makers at Capital One. You will be involved with enabling change that will touch every line of business at Capital One and ensuring that we do so with excellence - combining innovation, user experience, and well managed outcomes. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Chicago, IL: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management McLean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management New York, NY: $294,100 - $335,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management Richmond, VA: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
