Group Reservations Coordinator - Signia by Hilton Indianapolis

Come be part of the excitement in Indianapolis! The new Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is scheduled to open in December 2026, and we’re building our opening team. We’re seeking an on-property Group Reservations Coordinator to join us and play a key role in the hotel’s success.

Reporting to the Group Reservations Manager, this position will partner closely with the Sales and Events teams to oversee all group reservations, ensuring a seamless guest experience from booking through arrival.
