This is an onsite position. This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. What You Will Do o Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) including assembly instructions, workflow/routing, labor standards, tool, and fixture designs. o Support daily manufacturing areas with process troubleshooting, incorporation of engineering changes into the MDP. o Disposition non-conforming material with root cause and corrective action analysis as required. o Drive Continuous Improvement through process improvements to improve cycle time, reduce ergonomic risk to assemblers, automate, reduce costs (both direct and indirect) using CORE principles and data driven decision making. o Provide real-time technical support to manufacturers and fabricators; in-house as well as the supply base. o Tool/fixture development to drive ergonomics into processes. Lead corrective action investigations to prevent recurrence.

You Must Have o Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) degree or a minimum of 2 years’ prior relevant experience to include any combination of the following: o The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance.
