AHS Specialist - Italian & English, Account Health Support

An AHS Specialist within the Account Health Support team acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our third-party business partners (Sellers). We obsess over providing world-class support to Sellers, selling on the Amazon platform. DESCRIPTION: AHS Specialist (ITA) LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: English & Italian PROCESS TYPE: Voice Process (Inbound and Outbound Calling) SHIFT REQUIREMENTS: Rotational Shifts and Week Offs (should be flexible to work as per business requirements) A day in the life The AHS Specialist you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end compliance journey of assigned sellers under the AHS Dedicated Support model. Acting as a dedicated point of contact, you will drives completion across multiple legislations by providing clear guidance, proactive outreach, and consistent follow-up.

Account Health Support acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our Selling Partners. The AHS Compliance Specialist will be responsible for providing timely and accurate operational support to Sellers selling on the Amazon platform. The successful candidate has an immediate, distinct effect on the experience of customers of Amazon, making a strong record of customer focus a high standard for the role. A AHS Specialist is expected to address chronic system issues, provide process improvements, develop internal documentation, and contribute to a team environment, all while adhering to service level agreements for phone and/or email cases.
