That’s why we need a finan cia l analyst like you who can navigate the requirements, policies , and regulations that govern funding, to make sure our Navy's resources can make the most impact.  As a finan cia l analyst on our team, you’ll create a finan cia l management strategy to help our client succeed. You’ll work with program managers and task leads to build an actionable plan for your client to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals. Using your knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies , you’ll provide analytical support to your client for the development of well-formed requirements. Once the funding is in place, you’ll make sure the funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication with program managers and task leads. You Have:  2+ years of experience executing Purchase Requisitions ( PRs ) in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning ( Navy-ERP ) , completing Funds Allocation Request Forms ( FARFs ) in NAVSEA COBRA, or supporting Task Planning Sheets ( TPS ) in the NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System ( NEPS ) Knowledge of Navy appropriations and finan cia l processes, including the Planning, Programming, Budget ing, and Execution ( PPBE ) system and Navy POM process Ability to create reports that reflect finan cia l planning and execution Ability to identify finan cia l risks early and collaborate across technical teams to develop solutions Ability to communicate finan cia l insights effectively Secret clearance  Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting Nice If You Have:  Experience supporting a Navy Systems Command Program Management Office Experience developing spend plans Knowledge of the acquisition lifecycle Ability to mentor junior analysts or manage finan cia l workstreams Certified Defense Finan cia l Manger ( CDFM ) or DAWIA Business FM Certification Clearance:   Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
