We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Product Design Engineer to join our ITW Building Solutions team for a 6-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Product Design Engineer, this hybrid role is based in Dandenong South, Victoria.

As our Graduate Product Design Engineer, you will: Support product development through CAD drafting, design updates and technical documentation using SolidWorks. Conduct product testing, validation and competitor benchmarking to support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with product specifications, technical reporting, quality investigations and compliance activities relating to Australian and ISO standards. Contribute to value engineering and product improvement projects focused on performance, innovation and cost optimisation.

Completed bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or Product Design Engineering. Graduate or early-career engineer Foundational SolidWorks 3D CAD capability. Strong attention to detail and technical documentation skills. Analytical problem-solving ability and a willingness to learn. A collaborative approach and strong communication skills. Why Join ITW?
