Position
Summary The Senior Product Manager owns the strategy and day-to-day execution of Resources for Living programs within the Mental Well-being organization. You'll work hand in hand with clinical, network, IT, and business teams to you will translate strategic vision into actionable plans and manage multiple priorities from concept through delivery. This role combines product leadership, cross-functional influence, and subject matter expertise to drive programs that support the organization's multi-year strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic business plans that advance organizational goals and align with the multi-year priorities of Resources for Living Lead end-to-end project implementation, including cross-functional project plan development, execution, and oversight of complex technical delivery Achieve desired results, determine what is important and urgent, clarify next steps, and delegate effectively to meet deadlines and achieve desired results Partner with functional managers, business segments, and other business areas to identify and address all workflow processes and interdependencies Manage multiple competing products and projects simultaneously, applying strong prioritization and attention to detail to meet deadlines Influence and secure buy-in from senior leaders and key stakeholders to advance strategies and initiatives Identify gaps, barriers, risks, and unmet needs, developing mitigation strategies and escalating to leadership as appropriate Stay current on industry trends and advancements in behavioral health and employee assistance programs (EAP), incorporating relevant innovations into product development/strategy Represent the company with high-visibility constituents, including internal executives, provider and vendor partners, and customers Support the Product Leader with general product inquiries and related activities * This role can reside in any location Required Qualifications 7 + years of cross-functional, project, or product management experience in the healthcare industry 5+ years of experience and technical/functional expertise in one or more of the following: management consulting, financial analysis, project management, public policy, mergers and acquisitions, operations management, and/or strategic execution Proven ability to translate product strategy into a high-level implementation plan and detailed project plans that track product development and commercialization Experience solving customer needs and delivering on a product vision, accounting for system linkages, technical implications, and the ability to anticipate changes and resolve barriers Demonstrated ability to articulate product and technical strategy to business partners during product development and requirements sessions Skilled at elevating risks, communicating dependencies, and recommending alternative solutions in time to allow for mitigation or strategic response Proficient in managing multiple competing products/projects with effective prioritization and eye for detail. Proven experience in the strategic execution of programs, particularly within healthcare or behavioral health Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated experience developing analyses, presentations, and supporting materials to implement strategy or change initiatives Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful collaboration across diverse
