Role and Responsibilities Position Summary Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes to ensure products/services meet established standards. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement. Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce defects through process optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
Team
Leadership: Provide guidance and support to team members in achieving their objectives. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze quality metrics, preparing reports for senior management. Identify trends and recommend actionable insights to improve overall quality performance. Create and Manage performance dashboards and vendor score cards. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align quality objectives with business goals. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality expectations are met.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
