The RG Manufacturing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating production workflows, inventory and lot management, performance reporting, and quality, compliance, and safety initiatives to ensure efficient operations, data-driven decision-making, and continuous organizational improvement. This position reports to the RG Manufacturing Support Manager and is part of the RG Manufacturing Support located in Fargo, ND and will be an on-site role In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Support manufacturing operations and workflow management by coordinating production activities, managing lot and inventory processes, maintaining schedules, and supporting cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations. Track and report operational metrics by monitoring key manufacturing data, preparing reports, identifying trends, and providing insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Maintain quality, compliance, and safety standards through research grade lot integration, equipment and facility checks, and participation in safety initiatives. The essential requirements of the job include: 1-2 years of related experience. High school diploma required. Excellent communication skills and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Physical/Environment Requirements: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to see, talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and use arms, hands and fingers for various activities. This position may stand or remain sedentary for long periods of time.
