Own the cost, compliance, speed and capacity of the subcontracted labor base that executes CSA service, MOD and upgrade work. This role converts an unmanaged 1,300+ vendor tail into a tiered, contracted, competitively bid bench — and is measured on two outcomes: dollars out of subcontract cost, and days out of backlog-to-revenue. Bench C apacity and S ourcing Build and maintain a qualified subcontractor bench sized to forecast demand by trade and by region. Maintain 2–3 qualified subs per critical trade per region; eliminate single-source trades. Own the regional subcontractor AVL register. Bidding and C ost C ontrol Run competitive bid events on the Building Connected platform; move subcon spend under active bid from 10% to over 33%. Build and maintain trade rate cards; eliminate project-level ad-hoc pricing. Own the regional productivity number and feed the bottoms -up productivity pipeline. Onboarding, C ontracting and C ompliance Onboard subcontractors against standard master subcontract agreements with insurance, EMR and risk vetting complete before mobilization. Drive onboarding cycle time from 90– 120 days to under 14 days . 100% AVL and contract compliance; no work performed off-contract . Performance, T iering and S afety Deploy and maintain Gold/Silver/Bronze tiering across the assigned base; route volume to Gold. Run quarterly scorecards on schedule adherence, rework, safety incidents and change-order rate. Own subcontractor safety qualification and incident follow-through with EH&S. Backlog C onversion and C ross- F unctional E xecution Participate in the MAU / Subcon war room cadence (twice weekly); own the subcontractor escalation path direct to subs. Partner with Operations, PMO, Finance and Legal to pull backlog revenue conversion from 6–9 months to under 3 months. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain , Engineering, Construction Management or Business. 5 + years in sourcing, subcontract management or trade-labor procurement; 2+ years managing spend above $50M. Demonstrated, quantified $5M + savings on labor or services categories, not parts alone. 3+ years experience w orking command of master subcontract agreements, COI / insurance, lien and change-order exposure. 3+ years experience c ompetitive bidding, rate-card construction and should- cost on labor. Preferred HVAC field service, building services, mechanical / electrical contracting or construction subcontracting. Experience with BuildingConnected , Procore, SAP / Coupa or equivalent bid and vendor platforms. CPSM, PMP or Six Sigma certification. Experience standing up a tiering or preferred-supplier program from scratch. Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 - $234,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. Other Compensation This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
