Arranging transport in a timely manner when purchase and delivery take place Preparing consignments in terms of size, options, available time and costs by gathering information regarding quotation or order, and requesting quotes for the outsourcings of consignments Well verse knowledge in INCO term and payment method & Tax exemption Making cost calculations for consignments at the request for the project management of company and intercom abroad organizing and coordinating international consignments in consultation with the customer department and negotiating and placing transport orders. Checking incoming freight invoices according to price agreements freights prior to shipment arrangement Responsible all import and export procedures, authentication and customs procedures, and documentation and signing off export documentation for customs. Strong knowledge in compliance requirement such as Custom department, related government bodies (MITI, MIDA), COO, Form E, D and MAFTA. Monitoring the progress of shipment movement and timely update customer service. Documenting and identifying deviations and making adjustments if necessary. Informing customer service on progress and acting as a point of contact in the event of changes and problems. Processing and archiving the various data and entering it correctly, up to date and in a timely manner in the appropriate systems in order to make the information available to all stakeholders. Undertaking otter special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required by superior.
