For fiscal year 2026, which ended June 27, 2026, the company generated sales of more than $84 billion.        Sysco LABS Sri Lanka delivers the technology that powers Sysco’s end-to-end operations.        Sysco LABS’ enterprise technology is present in the end-to-end foodservice journey, enabling the sourcing of food products, merchandising, storage and warehouse operations, order placement and pricing algorithms, the delivery of food and supplies to Sysco’s global network and the in-restaurant dining experience of the end-customer.   The Associate - Finance will provide day-to-day operational support to the Finance team, Assist in monthly reporting and carryout Indirect Tax filing requirements while contributing to key financial processes and special projects. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical capability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Provide operational support to the Finance function and assist in special projects as required .   Support the preparation of monthly financial schedules and month -end close processes.   Maintain and manage the Finance petty cash float.   Extract and analyze financial reports from the Quickbooks   Prepare, document, and file VAT, WHT and other Indirect Tax Returns   Liaise with the Inland Revenue Department on tax-related matters   Support the monthly invoicing for Sri Lanka operations   Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in QuickBooks   Perform monthly budget variance analysis and account reconciliations     Requirements:    Part qualification in ICA (Sri Lanka), CIMA (UK), ACCA (UK), or a relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting .    Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Finance and Accounting role   Working knowledge of SLFRS and its practical application   Exposure to taxation or part qualification in taxation will be an added advantage   Hands-on experience with accounting software is preferred   Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills   Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English   Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks proactively   High attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision     Benefits:   Performance-based annual bonus   Recognition and rewards programs   Agile Benefits - special allowances for Health, Wellness & Academic purposes   Paid birthday leave   Team engagement allowance   Comprehensive health & life insurance cover (extendable to parents and in-laws)   Hybrid work arrangement   Sysco LABS is an Equal Opportunity Employer
