Job purpose  The Senior Financial Analyst serves as a key finance business partner to the EP&N EMEA leadership team, providing financial leadership, transparency, and decision support across the Regional Office and Electrophysiology Technical Services organization. This role combines strategic business partnering, financial planning and analysis, operational finance leadership, and process improvement to support both short-term business performance and long-term growth objectives. A critical component of the role involves supporting the EMEA Technical Services organization, helping enable business growth through robust financial management, governance, and actionable insights. The successful candidate will work closely with regional and global stakeholders to drive financial transparency, support decision-making, and ensure compliance across a complex and evolving organization.
