In this role you will be someone who stays on the cutting edge of agentic AI plus generative AI intelligent system designs and advanced analytics research through novel project execution and development of agents that influence decisions at various levels in the organization, including but not limited to distribution demands, omnichannel sales and marketing optimization, patient/payer analytics, commercial strategy, and relate commercially focused model development. The role requires both a broad knowledge of existing agentic design principles and the creativity to invent and customize when necessary. You will work with matrixed teams across business and technology, and be part of a dynamic, accomplished organization that will support multiple therapeutic areas and commercial functions. Building end-to-end GenAI powered solutions that drive business value. Extract insights from pharmaceutical data and work with business stakeholders to implement model predictions in real-world deliverables. Identify appropriate use cases for data science initiatives and steer the creation, testing and support of models that deliver value through data-driven insights. Model creation, feature generation, data cleaning, and data exploration. Produce functionalized, reusable code for solutions across multiple brands. Partner closely with cross-functional teams, business partners, and vendors to deliver actionable solutions and to help shape data science and AI strategy. Act as a trusted-advisor communicating complex technical findings to business partners and translating insights into actionable business recommendations.
