Property Manager

At Brightstone - we are setting a new standard for excellence in residential property management, focused on enhancing resident satisfaction and property value for housing societies nationwide.   Objective : To provide an efficient and effective Property Management service, ensuring professional and proactive management approach. Accountabilities : Maintains the Management office and is responsible for all day-to-day operations and activities Maintains an effective command over all services (housekeeping, security, M&E, customer care services, horticulture, club house management, fire fighting services, etc.) Monitor activities towards effective service delivery Proactive liaison with local municipal authorities Assists in administration activities Monitors invoice processing for management approval Assists with the administration of inventory control programs and systems Coordinates approval of contracts, notices and other time-sensitive documents Tracks the AMC / Warranty / Defect Liability Period of the installed equipment and coordinate for appropriate actions accordingly Writes vendor contract specifications Manages critical relationships with client, residents and key vendors Coordinates maintenance efforts with outside contractors Responds quickly to emergency situations Works with Subject Matter Experts to coordinate all building fire/life safety drills Schedules and coordinates meetings/special events as requested Ensures quality of staff, appraising and developing them to ensure maximum contribution   Location: On-site –Kolkata, WB Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48 If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.  We’re interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the table!
