Service Parts Associate

Job Summary: Responsible for assisting all Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies under moderate or direct supervision.

We are looking for a talented Service Parts Associate to join our Distribution business in (Farmington, NM). 100% Onsite In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Support customers by phone and in person by identifying, sourcing, and supplying parts solutions. Process customer orders, quotes, returns, and transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers by providing timely support and resolving issues. Utilize parts catalogs, systems, and technical resources to identify and procure parts in the most cost-effective manner. Support shipping, receiving, inventory management, warehouse activities, and stock control processes. Identify opportunities to upsell related products and services to meet customer needs. Maintain accurate records and documentation while ensuring a clean and organized parts counter and warehouse environment. Adhere to Cummins Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures.
