At this event, Medpace is seeking to meet candidates with an interest in the Clinical Project Coordinator position , we are looking for entry-level associates looking to embark on a career in project coordination . This position will provide extensive training and is suitable for recent or upcoming graduates; internship, industrial placement, NHS, or Clinical Trials experience is also beneficial. Due to continuous business growth and a strong study pipeline, we are looking for Project Coordinators to join our successful and growing UK team and engage in clinical trial management on a day-to-day level. This position will work with our operational teams to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Seeking dedicated people who are willing to invest a number of years to Project Coordination before moving on to their next role. Responsibilities
Work closely with the Project Clinical Trial Manager for timely delivery of recurrent tasks consistently with a high degree of accuracy; Compile and maintain project-specific status reports within the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS); Interact with the global internal project team, Sponsor, study sites, and third-party vendors; Ownership of the Trial Master File; Create and maintain project timelines and enrolment projections; and Coordinate project meetings and produce quality minutes.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences; Excellent oral and written English Language communication skills; Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs; Experience in a health sciences or business setting preferred; Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills; Strong attention to detail.
