As a Quality Engineer Tester Manual, you will be responsible for ensuring solution quality by executing manual tests against defined requirements user stories and expected behavior. Your day-to-day activities will include designing test cases identifying and documenting defects and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure reliable user ready releases. You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is an essential part of this role. Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to cover all functional and non-functional requirements. Support less experienced colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices in manual testing techniques. Analyze test results to identify trends and potential areas for improvement in the testing process. Collaborate with cross functional teams to enhance testing frameworks and improve overall product quality. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing innovative testing approaches and tools. Note: Role requires 60% onsite client work in Plano, TX Basic Qualifications: 3+ years experience Functional testing experience Selenium experience Automation testing experience Advanced proficiency in manual testing Associates degree   Preferred Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in Selenium Advanced proficiency in Atlassian JIRA Defect Reporting and Test Automation     Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
