What You Will Do Analyze equipment health and performance data using predictive monitoring technologies to identify emerging reliability issues, optimize maintenance strategies, and improve asset performance across assigned sites. Partner with site stakeholders to influence operational and maintenance decisions, provide technical guidance, and support reliability initiatives that enhance safety, productivity, and business results. Serve as the primary liaison for assigned sites within a designated operating area, partnering with Maintenance, Planning, Operations, and site leadership teams to review equipment performance trends, identify reliability and asset utilization opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations that support operational and maintenance objectives. Independently manage assigned responsibilities while supporting adoption of RAMP practices, continuous improvement initiatives, and site reliability and operational performance goals. Collect, analyze, and interpret real-time equipment and operational data using predictive monitoring technologies and diagnostic tools to identify emerging reliability concerns, evaluate maintenance opportunities, and assess performance risks. Apply technical expertise and analytical judgment to develop actionable recommendations for Maintenance and Operations stakeholders and support reviews of critical interventions, maintenance opportunities, and operator coaching events. Collaborate with the RAMP Enterprise Product Management team and technical stakeholders to support the development, enhancement, testing, implementation, and sustainment of RAMP digital tools, dashboards, workflows, and monitoring capabilities. Assist with the validation, testing, and evaluation of new remote asset monitoring technologies in partnership with maintenance, operations, reliability, and support teams. Support continuous improvement initiatives, process enhancements, documentation updates, and knowledge-sharing activities that strengthen monitoring capabilities, operational effectiveness, and equipment performance. Perform other duties as requested. What You Bring To Freeport High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of progressive mechanical, electrical, maintenance, reliability, operations, analytics, or remote monitoring experience; OR Bachelor's with 1 year of related experience. Ability to independently prioritize work and manage assigned responsibilities with limited supervision.
