About this role
I.
Job Summary
Plans and directs all onsite or remote activities at highly complex client location(s) with revenues over $3.5MM - $4MM, in relation to the storage, transportation and disposal of multiple hazardous and non-hazardous wastes and other related services following federal, state and local regulations. Manages and plans activities of onsite personnel or third-party contractors. Serves as liaison between client and vendors in relation to service issues and contract management. Maintains pre-established standards for safety and environmental issues. Identify regulatory, business, personnel concerns, develop and implement processes and solutions. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage, measure, and track personnel daily responsibilities and activities. Coordinate team assignments, roles and responsibilities to ensure compliant and efficient completion of work responsibilities. Promote culture of safety by ensuring site personnel are properly trained to perform assigned duties and comply with safety, environmental, federal, state and local regulations. Ensure that all team members maintain up to date certifications and training. Coordinate logistics for transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous waste from client site including profiling, scheduling, manifesting and physically loading bulk and drum loads. Consult with client to identify, design and implement cost saving opportunities and proposals. Ensure compliance with WM client and government regulations by reviewing necessary inspections and reporting. Identify areas of risk and develop and implement corrective actions. Resolve all issues in a timely manner. Review and comprehend client and vendor financial obligations including invoicing, reporting and contracts. Enact changes and processes to maintain contractual compliance while optimizing EBIT. May occasionally be required to perform labor-intensive activities (e.g., drum collection and bulking). III.

Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in job related field, or in lieu of degree High School Diploma or GED (accredited), and 4 years of relevant work experience 5 years of relevant experience is required (in addition to education requirement) Pre-assignment and/or pre-hire customer-specific drug and/or alcohol testing may be required by certain customer-contract requirements. and Such testing may include urinalysis, oral swab, drug hair follicle testing and/or alcohol testing. B.
Preferred Qualifications
24 or 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certification preferred OSHA 10 or 30 Certification preferred RCRA Certification preferred IV.

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 15% bonus. V.
