The Lockheed Martin FBM Program is seeking an experienced and skilled Project Engineer to join our component engineering team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.  This role will require strong technical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and test, to ensure that projects are properly planned and executed. Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, including technical, schedule, and budget risks. Develop and maintain project status reports, including progress, issues, and risks. Collaborate with program management to develop and maintain program-level plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Collaborate with other integrated product teams to ensure that projects are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.   The information below reflects the standard job description for this position: Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems. Basic Qualifications 
 Project engineering experience Experience working throughout the engineering lifecycle (system definition, design, build, test, and operational deployment) Eligibility/willingness to obtain/maintain a Secret Security Clearance - U.S. Citizenship Required Desired Skills
