Senior Advisor, Digital Infrastructure

The successful candidate will bring deep specialization, technical expertise, and commercial acumen to advise clients on increasingly complex and interconnected risk exposures. This position presents immediate opportunities to shape Marsh's advisory approach, build innovative solutions, and deepen client relationships through integrated, value-add risk advisory services. We will count on you to: Provide strategic risk advisory across the Digital Infrastructure industry, leveraging expertise in cyber operational technology (OT), emerging technologies, and complex risk environments Drive industry specialization by deepening Marsh's advisory capabilities in Cyber OT, alternative risk financing, and private equity portfolio risk management Build and enhance Cyber OT advisory solutions tailored to data center operations and infrastructure management software vendors Develop differentiated risk advisory services for private equity investors, including portfolio-level risk programs and innovative risk structures Advise clients on emerging risks, regulatory evolution, and operational resiliency challenges within converging Digital Infrastructure, PEMA, Health-Tech, and Gov-Tech ecosystems Collaborate across practices to identify opportunities for integrated advisory-led solutions that combine technical depth with commercial perspective Expand Marsh's coverage within digital infrastructure enablement, including infrastructure management, automation platforms, observability tools, and cyber/energy solutions Support Marsh's distribution team in pursuing complex, high-value client opportunities through subject matter expertise and relationship leverage Establish thought leadership on emerging risks and innovative solutions across multiple industry verticals Areas of Impact: Private Equity: Design and structure alternative risk financing solutions, captives, and portfolio-level risk programs for PE investors and portfolio companies Cyber/OT Integration: Build advisory capabilities at the intersection of cyber security and operational technology, particularly for data center and critical infrastructure operations Healthcare and Emerging Markets: Leverage expertise to strengthen Marsh's capabilities in complex healthcare environments and health-tech ecosystems Revenue Growth: Leverage strong relationships and subject matter expertise to identify new business opportunities and support pursuit of high-value clients What you need to have: 20+ years of experience across insurance brokerage, risk advisory, and/or corporate risk leadership Deep expertise in digital infrastructure, private equity, and complex technology or energy risk environments Proven track record in designing innovative risk solutions, including captives and alternative risk structures Demonstrated ability to advise executive teams on strategic risk challenges, including M&A transactions, portfolio optimization, and emerging risk landscapes Strong client advisory and relationship management experience across complex, multi-industry risk sectors Combination of operator experience (corporate risk/insurance leadership) and advisory/broker experience Ability to translate technical risk concepts into commercial advisory recommendations What makes you stand out: Experience advising on alternative risk financing and captive management Background in healthcare risk management or health-tech sectors Knowledge of infrastructure management software, automation platforms, or cyber solutions vendors Global portfolio risk management or enterprise risk management experience Experience working with institutional investors or private equity firms Why join our team: We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.
