PBTB | Senior Manager, HR System Implementation (Contract)

The role will serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the vendor to ensure the HR module solution is implemented effectively, accurately and within the agreed project timeline. The incumbent will support the optimisation of HR operational processes, including payroll administration, overtime (OT), claims management and Workday data integration. The role will oversee end-to-end implementation activities, including requirements analysis, solution design, data migration, user acceptance testing, deployment and post-implementation support to ensure operational readiness and seamless adoption. E-Leave is excluded from the project scope. Project Management and Vendor Coordination   Serve as the key liaison between PruBSN,   external vendor,   and relevant internal stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.   Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues and follow-up actions.   Monitor progress against agreed milestones and work with the relevant parties to resolve implementation issues promptly.   Maintain clear project documentation, decisions, status updates and action trackers.   Business Requirements, Process and Workflow Design   Gather, document and validate business requirements for   HR module.    Review current processes and identify gaps, control requirements and opportunities for improvement.   Design future-state processes, workflows, approval routes and operating controls for the new platform   with user friendly and operational efficiency as well data analytics in mind .   Develop and maintain business requirements, process maps, operating procedures and related documentation.   Workday Integration and Data Migration   Coordinate data mapping, extraction, cleansing, migration and reconciliation between Workday and the new platform.   Validate the completeness, accuracy and integrity of data throughout migration.   Work with the vendor and internal teams to resolve data, interface and integration issues.   Ensure appropriate data controls and validation checks are applied before go-live.     Testing and Implementation   Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, test scenarios, execution, defect tracking, retesting and business sign-off.   Confirm that system functionality, calculations, workflows, approval controls, reports and data interfaces operate as intended.   Support system validation, reconciliation, parallel runs, cutover planning and go-live readiness activities.   Coordinate the timely resolution of defects and implementation issues with the vendor and relevant stakeholders.   Conduct post-implementation effectiveness testing to confirm that the solution is working as designed.   Change Management and Post-Go-Live Support   Support user communication, training, guidance and knowledge transfer for the new processes and system.   Coordinate post-go-live stabilisation, issue resolution and follow-up improvements.   Monitor initial system and process effectiveness and recommend improvements where required.   Ensure that process documents, user guides and operating procedures are updated and handed over to the relevant owners.     Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
