Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.  Raytheon Circuit Card Manufacturing is seeking an experienced and results-driven Value Stream Lead to manage and oversee our Surface Mount Technology Value Stream. As a senior leader, you will drive operational excellence, ensure timely delivery of high-quality products, lead cross-functional teams, and manage end-to-end processes within the value stream to meet customer requirements. This role will play a critical part in achieving our goals in efficiency, quality, and cost management while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Operational Leadership: Lead all aspects of the Front-End Process, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, customer commitments, and operational targets. Value Stream Planning: Develop and execute production schedules, capacity planning, workforce planning, and resource allocation to meet demand while optimizing productivity and costs.

Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, including operators, engineers, and technical support staff.  Foster collaboration and accountability across the team. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement Lean principles, CORE methodologies, and other best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and external customer requirements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production control, quality, and other cross business teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and drive innovation within the value stream. Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including safety, on-time delivery, yield, cycle time, Unit Hour performance, COPQ, and customer satisfaction. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to production schedules, yield issues, and technical challenges. Customer Focus: Serve as the primary interface with internal NHA customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment to expectations. Growth: Lead the team through a period of rapid growth, process migration and new capital release to production.

You Must Have   Typically requires university degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and 7 years of experience Experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Production, Engineering, Quality, Program and/or project management.

We Prefer Experience working with aerospace and defense industry standards or customers. Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies, automation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives. Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar value streams successfully. Expertise in back-end semiconductor manufacturing processes, including [assembly, packaging, testing, etc.].
