Sustaining Engineer

We have a great opportunity to join Emerson as our Sustaining Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the lifecycle of existing products by providing engineering expertise related to product design, material selection, product changes, qualification, and optimization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Design Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Testing Laboratories to ensure products meet quality, reliability, performance, and cost objectives. You will drive product improvements, support change management processes, and contribute to global engineering initiatives that enhance product competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
