What you will be responsible for Performing assigned daily cash processing activities accurately and within required deadlines, with support from experienced team members. Monitoring assigned cash-related workflows and supporting the investigation of exceptions or discrepancies. Supporting the resolution of cash breaks and escalating issues to experienced colleagues or management when required. Maintaining clear and timely communication with colleagues and management regarding task status, issues, and updates. Following established procedures, controls, checklists, and risk management requirements at all times. Contributing ideas and observations that may improve team processes, controls, or efficiency. Supporting testing, documentation updates, and team initiatives as required. Building foundational knowledge of cash products, markets, systems, and operational processes through training and practical experience. Working collaboratively with team members to meet daily deadlines and service expectations. Participating actively in training, cross-training, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Education & Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in financial services, operations, banking, customer service, or a related field is an asset but is not essential. Basic knowledge of cash operations, banking, custody, settlements, or investment servicing is beneficial but not required. Internship, academic, customer service, administrative, or professional experience from other industries will also be considered. Working knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Bachelor’s degree, relevant studies, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
