We are looking for an analytical detail-oriented individual to join our Pole Services Operations team. This position provides project support for customers interested in street and area lighting. . This individual will be responsible for coordinating the research and resolution of consumption usage, construction charges, rate analyses for lighting equipment changes, material orders, smart control installations, maintaining technical master data of equipment records and installations, grid validation, Forman print review, and assisting with automation and process improvement.   This role also ensures that the financial aspects of the construction project life cycle are properly recorded by generating orders, project notifications, ensuring successful flow of construction projects , working with various departments including project managers, account managers to  ensure compliance with WUTC (Washington Utilities & Transportation Commission) rates and tariffs and  company accounting policies. This role is responsible for bringing in revenue for Pole Services that helps improve our bottom line.   The individual in this role upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE’s operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities, as well as promotes and supports a culture of total safety. Job Responsibilities

Work orders, notifications, technical master data, and consumption billing:

Supports construction accounting activities and oversight of street light jobs. Creates, monitors, and edits work orders, service notifications and tasks in SAP. Creates and maintains accurate technical master data including equipment records and installations. Interprets construction project scopes to ensure compliance with company accounting policies, tariffs and schedules. Generates customer billing by creating accurate and timely consumption installations in SAP.

Audits facility agreements for pricing and customer data accuracy. Supports the resolution of issues related to accounting, and tariff interpretation. Works with service providers to resolve blocked billing issues. Performs monthly problem order review and order clean-up functions. Researches and resolves data and accounting problems.

Management of consumption data referenced on the installations Grid validations and Forman Print review

Order Materials for street light construction jobs Run reports from SAP and generate Query reports Lead Automation and process improvement Interprets and applies appropriate business accounting methods to construction projects and operations. Identifies, analyzes, and develops solutions related to data or process errors and issues as it relates to finance, accounting, and project work. Ensures the data integrity of work orders, notifications, technical master data, consumption billing, and other PSE data and records. Responds to requests received from customer construction services, project managers, engineers, and other departments in a timely manner.
