Essential Job Functions: • Manage the initiation, negotiation, execution, acceptance, and maintenance of contracts. • Oversee contract negotiations and approvals. • Maintain contract templates and standard agreements. • Collaborate with senior management on contract strategies. • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • Assist in complex contract negotiations. • Provide guidance to junior team members. • Handle contract-related inquiries. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role • Proven experience in contract management and negotiations • Proficiencies in contract law, risk assessment, and contract drafting • A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications: • Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus • Relevant certifications such as Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) a plus Company benefits  At DXC Technology, we don’t just offer jobs - we build careers.
