THE JOB: As an   Assistant Manager   for   Beach Bar & Grill   at   Mandalay Bay , you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vibrant beachside dining outlet while setting the stage for an exceptional guest experience with your welcoming smile and premier service. By understanding our guests' unique stories and needs—whether they are taking a break from the sand or enjoying a casual lunch by our iconic wave pool—you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay, collaborating closely with your team to maintain Mandalay Bay's high-energy, world-class resort standards.
