Job Title BMS/NOC Engineer Job Description Summary Job Description • Monitor and respond to facility alarms and events through BMS, EPMS, AMS, and other monitoring platforms, ensuring timely escalation and incident management. • Manage service requests, incidents, and work orders, ensuring accurate logging, tracking, and closure in accordance with ITIL and service management processes. • Act as the central communication and coordination point for operational issues, maintenance activities, outages, and major incidents between site teams, vendors, and clients. • Maintain operational records and reporting, including shift logs, incident reports, maintenance schedules, system performance data, and audit documentation. • Support operational continuity and service excellence by monitoring SLA compliance, coordinating escalations, and driving adherence to established procedures and service standards.       INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield”
